President Donald Trump on Tuesday accused Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un of “conspiring against The United States of America” after the three leaders met in Beijing during a military parade.

Trump posted the accusations on Truth Social, writing that "The big question to be answered is whether or not President Xi of China will mention the massive amount of support and ‘blood’ that The United States of America gave to China in order to help it to secure its FREEDOM from a very unfriendly foreign invader." He added, "Many Americans died in China’s quest for Victory and Glory," and urged Xi to "rightfully Honored and Remembered" those who died. He concluded his post, "Please give my warmest regards to Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong Un, as you conspire against The United States of America."

Putin, Xi and other leaders in Beijing parade

The three leaders attended an official event in Beijing that included a military parade. State visits and high-profile displays of military power in the Chinese capital have drawn international attention while relations among major powers remain tense. The presence of Russia's and North Korea's leaders alongside Xi signaled a display of diplomatic engagement among governments often at odds with U.S. policy priorities.

Trump's remarks followed a series of summits and bilateral talks in Beijing that officials and state media have described as efforts to deepen ties. Reports from the event indicated that Iran and North Korean leaders were among foreign delegations in the Chinese capital, underscoring Beijing's broader outreach to states that Washington views with concern.

The White House and representatives of the foreign leaders did not immediately provide responses to Trump’s post. Beijing's state media coverage of the parade focused on domestic celebration and messages of national strength; Russian and North Korean state outlets highlighted the presence of their leaders without publicly engaging with Trump's comments.

Analysts say high-profile meetings among Russia, China and North Korea can carry diplomatic and strategic implications for Washington, including on issues ranging from sanctions coordination to regional security. U.S. officials have in recent years expressed concern about closer security, economic or technological ties among those governments, but public, verifiable policy shifts tied directly to the Beijing gathering have not been announced.

Trump’s post combined a reference to historical U.S. sacrifice with an assertion of a present-day political alignment he described as a conspiracy. His comments come as foreign policy debates continue to play a prominent role in Washington and as leaders throughout the world meet in various forums and state events.

It was not immediately clear what, if any, coordinated actions Trump was referring to in his post, and U.S. officials have not publicly cited new cooperative measures among the three governments tied to the parade. The appearance of the leaders together nonetheless drew scrutiny from diplomats and commentators who monitor shifts in global alignments and the potential impact on U.S. foreign policy priorities.
